Production
We rotate by passion
Machinery we can be proud of: with a rotation diameter of 3.6 metres we are able to produce containers of up to about 3 metres in length and 10,000 litres capacity. Smaller parts are produced on our other three devices.
Materials
We mainly use polyethylene (PE) with various melt flow indexes and different flow properties.
Shapes
The rotation shapes are made of steel plate or cast aluminium
Construction
Also more complex shapes can be realised easily.
Lot sizes
The rotation method also permits the production of smaller quantities and lot sizes..
